Our shop is organized and cleaned on a daily basis. We offer and recommend our clients tour our facility with us and see it for themselves!

Is there sufficient space in their shop to safely store not only your vehicle, but any other vehicles they have booked at the same time? Will your vehicle be safe inside at night? Will they play Tetris and jam all the cars in a tiny area and risk damage to your vehicle?
Our building is 8,500 Sqft. Our property is over 13,000 Sqft. We not only book vehicles that will fit in our building overnight, they are also never parked closer than 3 feet from each other at any time.

We have a secure building, a gated parking lot, 30 camera 4k surveillance system and ADT burglary alarm system with fire alerts.

Your are having services done (tint, clear bra and ceramic coating) that carry warranties not just from the manufacture, but also the installer. How long will this detailer be in the location? Will their lease expire and not be renewed? Is this a career for them or is it a stepping stone? Do they own the property? Is the company financially healthy enough to stay in business long term?
I have personally owned a detail business since 1999. This is definitely not a stepping stone for myself and my family. We do not have a lease to renew on our building. I own the building and the property it sits on. We are going to be here for a really really long time.

In the state of California it is against the law to operate an auto detail business that washes vehicles unless you have the proper reclaim/filtration system in place to clean water before it enters the sewer. Since most sewers in the streets drain directly to the ocean, it’s not only illegal, it’s also just messed up for those that love our beaches!
We have a CAR WASH BOND from the state of California. This is required for all car washes and auto detailing businesses that use water to wash vehicles. We are the only detail shop anywhere near us that actually went through the process and obtained this certification (Google it!) We custom built our wash-bay and have a very complex filtration system to ensure we are state compliant, but more importantly aren’t damaging the ocean or beaches we love so much.
