Is “combined experience” a real thing?

If everyone has a few years experience that adds up to a combined 20 years experience, is it the same as a single person having over 20 years experience with 20 years of different vehicles, paint work and paint issues? 🤔

Having 24 years of real experience has shown me things that most will never see on vehicles. I have dealt with an unbelievable amount of random paint issues. I have, through trial and error, come up with safe ways of fixing issues that most have never tried or even seen. I have developed systems to minimize accidents in the shop. I have an abundance of knowledge to share with my employees through training, but more importantly I’m available to walk them through any issue that arrives at our shop.

In conclusion, a handful of people in a shop with minimal experience combined, is still minimal experience.

Be like this Corvette C8 owner! They had us perform a 2-step paint correction to remove the light scratches from the vehicle being washed/wiped down at the dealer. We then the covered the whole front end in Xpel paint protection film to keep it stone chip free. And lastly, we applied a Ceramic Pro gold package ceramic coating to keep this paint looking wet and protected from anything nature throws at it. 👍

Did I mention it is going to be super easy to wash now that the surfaces are slick and hydrophobic? That’s an added bonus 😎
